NYSECB Report: The Impact of Charter Schools on Traditional Public Schools
The New York State Educational Conference Board (ECB), of which SAANYS is a member, are united in calling upon the governor and the Legislature to take action to address the devastating impact of the poorly designed charter school approval process, flawed funding system and lack of adequate oversight and accountability on traditional public schools.
