Government Relations Update: Executive Orders and SED Meeting

This update discusses the two Executive Orders signed Wednesday, April 23, 2025 – Reinstating Common Sense School Discipline Policies and Advancing Artificial Intelligence Education For American Youth.

Also, the seven major education associations (Educational Conference Board) met with Commissioner Rosa and senior staff to discuss these orders, as well as the status of SED’s actions on the recently required state attestation on Title VI. Read the full update here.
