AXA Equitable has a long standing presence in New York. As a company, we are domiciled in the state, with our corporate offices in New York City and one of three of our operations centers located in Syracuse. Through AXA Advisors, LLC, a leading provider of financial services for consumers and businesses, we will work with SAANYS members to help them define and meet their financial goals over their lifetimes.
As with our nationwide business, a large portion of our New York client base is built upon the work we do within the public education system. We service over 800 public school and charter school retirement plans across the state, with more than 62,000 participants, and approximately $1.9 billion in assets under management. It is through existing relationships with these school districts that we are able to effectively provide coverage for you. There are 170+ representatives of the RBG (The Retirement Benefits Group), working in one of our eight branch offices throughout the state, who are responsible for working with SAANYS members to offer a variety of educational workshops and financial products and services, including retirement savings as well as one-on-one consultation to assess all of an individual’s needs.
