Creating neuroinclusive schools requires more than individual strategies – it requires shared mindsets and intentional leadership. In this session, participants will explore how school culture and educator beliefs shape everyday practices, and how leaders can move inclusion from a special education initiative to a system-wide responsibility. Through concrete examples and reflection, attendees will examine key mindset shifts that support collaboration across roles, deepen our understanding of neurodiversity, break down silos, and promote shared ownership for all learners. Participants will leave with clear takeaways for aligning teams, embedding inclusion and neuro-affirming practices into existing structures, and leading sustainable, culture-level change.
Those who attend three or four sessions will receive a complimentary copy of The Principal’s Special Education Calendar: A Month-by-Month Roadmap to Building Consistency, Equity, and Compliance in Your School by Dr. Joanne Lane.
These sessions are free of charge but registration is required.
