Power Hour – Streamlining Systems at the Elementary Level
May 20, 2026 - 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Streamlining Systems for Improved Culture and Effectiveness at the Elementary Level
Power Hours are free of charge, but registration is required.

This Power Hour will feature Dr. Eric Snell, who has dedicated his career to the students, families, and faculty of his district – twenty-four of those years as a transformative administrator and twenty-two as a principal. Known for building a family-centered culture where children are nurtured and empowered to thrive, Dr. Snell pairs deep compassion with a systems-driven approach to school leadership.
This Power Hour will focus on three systemic improvements that have elevated both the emotional climate and operational excellence of his building:
- Rethinking and improving arrival and dismissal protocols
- Creation of an eight-period elementary schedule with a focus on academic integrity
- Revolutionizing funding processes for field trips and activity accounts
