This session unpacks strategies to use from the screening process to begin the cultivation of lifelong learning and support for new teachers. After the hiring process is complete, now what? In addition to sound hiring processes, we will unpack how to best onboard new teachers so they feel supported and can have an effective summer of planning for September!
