Discover how AI-driven tools can revolutionize the teacher observation process by helping administrators adhere to the rubric and increase interrater reliability, while providing more detailed and useful feedback to teachers. Participants will learn how to use AI tools to analyze and evaluate observation scripts based on their teaching rubric and understand how this process can be useful to ensure rubric alignment and strengthen interrater reliability. They will leave able to create a plan for using the output generated by AI to provide meaningful feedback to teachers and determine next steps for personalized professional learning.
