Mastering Difficult Conversations with Staff

Power Hours are free of charge, but registration is required.

This online session empowers school leaders to handle personnel challenges through difficult, honest and supportive conversations. Active listening techniques and tips to frame feedback constructively will be discussed. Challenges including adult attendance issues, morale issues, instructional deficits, and contract breaches will be touched upon, and strategies for productive conversations and effective resolutions will be shared.
