  • Changes in law and regulation regarding principal rubrics under 3012-d for 2025-26 and beyond. Rubrics must be aligned with PSEL, not ISLLC, standards.
  • Review of current rubrics – those approved for PSEL and those not yet approved.
  • Discussion of changing to a new rubric or an updated version of your current rubric.
  • Collective bargaining implications of meeting the new 3012-d rubric requirement.
  • Planning for conversion to a 3012-e STEPS evaluation system no later than June, 2032.
