LAKE PLACID HOTEL INFORMATION
The 2024 SAANYS Annual Conference will be held at the Lake Placid Conference Center on Sunday, October 27 and Monday, October 28, 2024. SAANYS has secured hotel room blocks at several hotels in Lake Placid. The conference sessions will be held at the Lake Placid Conference Center. Please note that all hotel accommodation fees must be paid directly to the hotel at check in and accommodation costs are not included in your conference registration. All hotel reservations for the 2024 SAANYS Annual Conference can only be made through the online central registration system. Upon completion of your SAANYS conference registration, you will receive a link to the available hotels with special pricing. Hotel availability is based on your selected arrival and departure dates. A credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. All reservations must be made by Friday, October 11, 2024.
