Mastermind Groups

In addition to our existing mentoring options, SAANYS is pleased to announce another great choice for school leaders who are seeking to grow professionally through communication with colleagues in facilitated groups. Mastermind groups have a more topical focus than our traditional mentoring options, which focus more on personal growth and reflection. Both are excellent options for you as a school leader at any stage of your career.

“Mastermind has been one of the best learning experiences and has impacted my work more than any professional learning in which I have participated.”
–Meg S., Onward Leaders
What is a Mastermind?
It is the best professional learning for school and district leaders and you don’t even have to leave your building. It is an opportunity to meet and learn with an inspirational community of school and district leaders from around the country, all of whom are working to solve challenges facing educators. We meet for one hour, virtually, every other week, for professional learning, problem solving, and support.
Why?
As a school or district leader, sometimes you feel alone in making decisions or changes. Plus, the work is so demanding, it’s hard to find time to research and learn new ways of doing things.
Enter the Mastermind. In just two hours a month you get to engage in an incredible professional network where we share best practices, get feedback, learn on the spot, and walk away with concrete tools and solutions to your challenges.
Yes, you gain invaluable ideas and strategies, but being part of a like-minded professional group will also remind you why you became a leader and help to rekindle your passion for the job.
