Stop Congress from creating a new federally funded voucher program

H.R. 5199 would allow active duty military parents to establish Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), which are a form of private school vouchers. This bill would hurt the very students it claims to help. The program will drain Impact Aid funding—which is designed to support the public schools that serve military-connected students—in order to pay for vouchers at private and religious schools.
