Information and Recommendations for Principals and Administrative Units When Creating Required STEPS Plans

This document provides information regarding new STEPS plans that districts are required by NYSED to complete as a successor to APPR for the evaluation of principals and teachers. It is intended to highlight many of the components of these plans as well as considerations for bargaining units and principals.
