This presentation focuses on the intersection of two vital character traits: warmth and competence. Drawing on research and real-life anecdotes, we will explore how warmth (encompassing empathy, and compassion) fosters nurturing connections while competence (knowledge, expertise, and skill) builds trust. Our goal is to recognize the collective power we possess in creating and maintaining a supportive, engaging, and positively impactful work environment.
